1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of placement via their user dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations requested after this window may not be accepted.

2. Cancellation by KrishiBandhu

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as product unavailability, delivery limitations, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

All refunds related to cancellations will be processed within 3–7 business days.
